Order Processing Time

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm (UK Time)

However we are always available on email, we do try and get back to you within 24 hours... but we are a small team and sometimes it may take a little longer. So please bear with us.

All our hoodies, tees and sweatshirts are designed and printed in the UK. Our dispatch time from point of order is approx 5-7 working days.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery - £4.95 | Free Delivery on orders over £75

Unfortunately we do not offer a Next Day Delivery service at this time.

All our orders are sent via Royal Mail 48. Your order should usually arrive within 2-3 working days after receipt of your dispatch notification email.

If you order still hasn't been received after this time frame please contact us at hello@hellyeahlifestyle.co.uk and we will investigate.

A signature may be required, therefore where possible please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel, or if more convenient you can amend the delivery address during checkout to an alternative address. ie. work place. 

International Delivery

We welcome orders from all over the world and ship internationally.

Standard International Delivery £12.95*

Deliveries to Europe - 4 to 7 working days.
Deliveries to the Rest of the World - 8 to 12 working days.

*Very occasionally, there may be an additional shipping charge required depending on the destination. If this is the case we will inform you before shipping out your  order and give you the option to cancel.

We use Parcel Force Worldwide for our international deliveries.  Please remember all applicable customs charges, import duties and taxes are to be paid by you, so please bear these in mind when placing your order.

Our estimated delivery times do not account for any potential delays due to delays in the hands of the courier or from being held up in customs.
